<p>Du vil få en dybere kontakt til dit åndedræt og en forståelse af, hvordan det påvirker dit nervesystem, din energi og din indre tilstand. Vi arbejder med enkelte teknikker du kan bruge i din hverdag, der kan skabe ro, nærvær og balance i kroppen.</p>

<p>This meditation is practiced in the evening, after work, and consists of four stages. The first two stages support the release and dissolution of pent-up energy and blockages in the body.</p>
<p>As these blockages are released, the energy can flow freely, creating a joyful and blissful experience. The last two stages help guide this energy upward, towards a state of inner silence and stillness.</p>
<p>It is a wonderful way to unwind and let go of stress and tension at the end of the day. The meditation has a deeply balancing effect on body and mind. Through the shaking, the body becomes charged with fresh energy.</p>

<p>Mange af os kender følelsen af at give meget af os selv, være på og gøre vores bedste – og alligevel stå tilbage med en fornemmelse af at være drænet, overvældet eller ikke helt slå til. I den proces kan forbindelsen til vores indre ro og balance langsomt forsvinde.</p>
<p>Derfor inviterer vi dig til en varm, omsorgsfuld og sanselig lørdag formiddag i Lisbeths Rum, hvor du får mulighed for at give dig selv tid og rum til at lande, trække vejret dybt og mærke dig selv igen.</p>
<p>Formiddagen begynder med en rolig og nærende Yin Yoga praksis, hvor vi arbejder med blide stræk og længerevarende stillinger, der hjælper kroppen til at give slip og nervesystemet til at falde til ro.</p>
<p>Efter en kort pause lægger du dig godt til rette og bliver guidet ind i et dybt afspændende lydbad med Gong af Signe. Skålene og Gongens vibrationer kan skabe en særlig ro i kroppen og hjælpe sindet til at slippe og hvile.</p>

<p>Mange af os kender følelsen af at give meget af os selv, være på og gøre vores bedste – og alligevel stå tilbage med en fornemmelse af at være drænet, overvældet eller ikke helt slå til. I den proces kan forbindelsen til vores indre ro og balance langsomt forsvinde.</p>
<p>Derfor inviterer vi dig til en varm, omsorgsfuld og sanselig lørdag formiddag i Lisbeths Rum, hvor du får mulighed for at give dig selv tid og rum til at lande, trække vejret dybt og mærke dig selv igen.</p>
<p>Formiddagen begynder med en rolig og nærende Yin Yoga praksis, hvor vi arbejder med blide stræk og længerevarende stillinger, der hjælper kroppen til at give slip og nervesystemet til at falde til ro.</p>
<p>Efter en kort pause lægger du dig godt til rette og bliver guidet ind i et dybt afspændende lydbad med Gong af Signe. Skålene og Gongens vibrationer kan skabe en særlig ro i kroppen og hjælpe sindet til at slippe og hvile.</p>

<p>This beautiful meditation designed by Osho to help you experience a deep sense of letting go and releasing stress.</p>
<p>This meditation is practiced in the evening, after work, and consists of four stages. The first two stages support the release and dissolution of pent-up energy and blockages in the body.</p>
<p>As these blockages are released, the energy can flow freely, creating a joyful and blissful experience. The last two stages help guide this energy upward, towards a state of inner silence and stillness.</p>
<p>It is a wonderful way to unwind and let go of stress and tension at the end of the day. The meditation has a deeply balancing effect on body and mind. Through the shaking, the body becomes charged with fresh energy.</p>
<p>After the meditation, you will feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and grounded.</p>
