Time for reflection and nurturing – let go, relax and feel the connection between body and soul deepen

The intention of my workshops and retreats is to re-connect you with yourself and your inner world.

The programmes are designed to nurture self-love and self-care. The schedule creates space for slowing down. Forget about your obligations and other people’s needs for a while, for now, it’s all about YOU!

Through slow, gentle yoga, we go deeper into the body with grounding and heart-opening practices. We also do active meditations that are cleansing and create renewed energy.

Deep, intense and peaceful days – silence and slow pace as sources of personal development and inner peace.

Retreats take place in silence; a practice that has been used for thousands of years, as a method of self-knowledge, soul-connection and finding inner peace.

Two forms of dynamic medication will be taught – Osho Dynamic Meditation and Osho Kundalini Meditation.

In addition to the dynamic medications there will be gentle yoga and an introduction to different meditation techniques that can help you within a busy life.

There will also be evening activities, such as teachings about self-love, cacao ceremonies and sound healing.

Who is a retreat for?

If you need to recharge your batteries and want to work deeply within yourself, then this is the ultimate gift you can give yourself.

We take care of everything, so that you can enjoy several peaceful and relaxing days, with plenty of rest. You’ll be able to recharge your energy with yoga and active meditations, and we serve delicious and nutritious meals, prepared with care and love.

There is no requirement to have any experience with yoga, meditation or spending time in silence. Everyone is welcome – all you need is an open mind.

Are you looking for more calm and peace in your life, but not able to take several days away for a retreat? Then a workshop might suit you best – workshops are similar to retreats, just on a smaller scale – I call them ‘mini-retreats’.

Workshops are held over one or two days, and usually take place at Lisbeth’s Space, in central Copenhagen.
