It is a beautiful meditation designed by Osho to experience how to be in a state of complete let go and release stress.
This meditation is done in the evening after work and it is in 4 stages. The first two stages help you to release and dissolve any pent-up energy, blockages in the body.
Once these blockages are released, the energy can freely flow, allowing for a joyful and blissful experience. The last two stages of the meditation help to channel this energy upwards, towards a state of silence.
It’s a great way to unwind and let go of stress and tension and at the end of the day. It has a very deep balancing effect on body mind. Through shaking in this meditation the body gets charged up with extra energy.
After the meditation you will feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
