“Breath is life,” as Osho profoundly stated. He says imagine your out going breath doesn’t come back in, then this body is like a corpse.
It’s breath that brings life to us and most of us are living with very shallow breath, hence we have lot of physical and mental challenges. Picture the influx of oxygen flooding your bloodstream, revitalising every cell and igniting a newfound energy within you.
Regardless of age or prior experience, you’re warmly welcomed to join us for a journey of self-discovery and revitalisation.
Our Sunday workshops offer more than just physical rejuvenation; they’re a sanctuary for mental detoxification and renewal. Say farewell to the foggy mornings and embrace a life filled with clarity, energy, and resilience. Let us guide you in elevating your breath to new depths and heights, unlocking the profound benefits of mind-body harmony.
Together, let’s breathe deeper, live fuller, and embrace the radiant vitality that awaits us. Your invitation to vibrant well-being starts now.
The workshop takes place on Sunday February 18th at 10am to 12pm and held by Prem in Lisbeths Rum in Copenhagen.
Prem, originally from India and currently residing in Denmark, is an IT professional who has been dedicated to practicing breathwork and meditation for the past 23 years. Through his personal experience, he has discovered that breathwork and meditation is an effective tool for managing stress and achieving a more balanced life. Inspired by the transformative impact it has had on him, Prem aspires to share his knowledge and techniques of breathwork and meditation with others who may also benefit from them.
Address: Kronprinsensgade 1. 3rd floor, 1114 Copenhagen.
Yoga mats, meditation cushions, eye pillows, and blankets will be provided, so you don’t need to bring anything yourself.
Our workshops are small group. This ensures an intimate and present experience for all participants.
The price for the workshop is 300 dkk, and you can register by sending an e-mail to Lisbeth at email@example.com.
I look forward to welcoming you to a couple of quiet and loving hours together.
