The workshop is held by Prem in Lisbeth’s Room in Copenhagen.
Prem, originally from India and currently residing in Denmark, is an IT professional who has been dedicated to practicing meditation for the past 23 years. Through his personal experience, he has discovered that meditation is an effective tool for managing stress and achieving a more balanced life. Inspired by the transformative impact it has had on him, Prem aspires to share his knowledge and techniques of meditation with others who may also benefit from them.

Yoga mats, meditation cushions, eye pillows, and blankets will be provided, so you don’t need to bring anything yourself.
Our workshops are small groups. This ensures an intimate and present experience for all participants.
